garden update

it’s been a mild summer so far…..here’s how the plants like it….
tomatoes have almost reached the top of the trellis
lots of green tomatoes on the vine
the biggest peppers we have ever grown!
another layer added to the potato tower

What does adding another layer to the potato tower do? I think I get it, but I need clarification!

we will make a specific potato tower update. but in general as the potato plants grow up, we add another set of 2x6s and more dirt. thanks for the questions
You really should try some fried green tomatoes (not really fried, more like pan saute) so you don’t have to wait.
