Inspired by our vegetarian WWOOF volunteers and by the plethora of gorgeous chard coming in, we made chard wraps tonight for dinner. Here is what we put in them, but I bet you could vary this based on what you like or have on hand. Enjoy! They were delicious!
- chard leaves – the larger the better
- green onions
Rinse chard and cut the stalk off at the edge of the leaf. Add desired amount of hummus to the inside of the leaf. Chop veggies and sprinkle on top. Wrap it up and enjoy!
