How do I order veggies from you?

Click on Login/Register to create an account. You can also go to the store by clicking Order Veggies and select the items you wish to order. At check out you must login and then pay for your order using PayPal, credit card, or your account funds.

How do I set up account funds?

Using Account Funds applies a 5% discount to your order. If you would like to use this option for payment, email us how much you want to put towards your account. We can pre-load your account with that amount after you send us a check (Bay Branch Farm, 3612 W 114th, Cleveland 44111) or give us cash at delivery/pick up. Account funds can be added at any time during the season.

How do I get delivery?

Delivery is available for the following zip codes (44144, 44142, 44135, 44126, 44116, 44113, 44111, 44109, 44107, 44102). Delivery fee is $4.00. Deliveries will be on Thursday afternoons and are made to the address on the customer account. If you are not in the delivery area, we have pickup at the farm on Saturdays (10 am – 1 pm).

When and where is pickup?

Farm pick up is typically available on Saturdays (10 am – 1 pm) the week you have placed an order. The address is 3612 W 114th Street, Cleveland, OH 44111. We are happy to work with you if you need to schedule an alternate pick up.

When is the online store open

The store is typically open Tuesday at 7 pm until Friday at noon. If everything is showing out of stock, then we have sold out of items and you will be unable to place an order.

What does out of stock mean?

We are a small farm and have limited quantities available. If items are out of stock, that may mean it is out of season or it may mean it has sold out for that week.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as you know that you need to cancel and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Alternatively, you’re welcome to donate it to another family or friend. 

Can I just come to the farm and shop?

We harvest to order so you get the freshest produce possible and cannot guarantee that we will have produce available for walk-ins. The best advice is to place an order through the online store.
