Happy St. Patrick’s Day! It’s about time we start seeing some green around here. And the signs of spring are everywhere. Today the forecast is for 63 degrees! Here are a few pictures of the farm from yesterday. Enjoy….time to get your hands back in the soil!

Annabel, do you leave the mulch on the garlic?
Last year we mulched with leaves and throughout the spring they eventually blew away, so I guess. we removed our mulch last year, but with the straw we intend to leave it on. That is the recommendation from Ron L. Engeland in Growing great garlic our definitive guide.
i am so excited for this year! i’ll definitely be stopping by as much as i can this year for some delicious farm stuffs!
Thanks, Mandy….we look forward to seeing you at the market!
