Below are a few tasty items we have made recently with veggies from the farm.

Radishes on toast

Radishes on toast

Toast some bread and spread butter or goat cheese on it. Top with sliced d’avignon radishes, chives, salt and pepper. A quick and easy snack! This was suggested to us by one of our customers who happens to be from France. And, he’s right…it’s tasty!

Veggies over noodles and grilled green onions

Veggies over noodles

Slice veggies. We used bull’s blood beets, carrots, and zucchini. Saute each veggie separately in olive oil. Boil noodles (pictured are soba noodles). Mix all sauteed veggies together and place on top of the noodles. Add roughly chopped fresh basil, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper.

Grilled green onions were skewered with bamboo sticks, coated in olive oil, salt and pepper and grilled for a few minutes on each side.
